Limit Switch Lever or Weight Operated – Operation, Design & Specifications
Lever (and weight operated)type Limit Switch LLS operates the control change-over contacts of the motor of moving equipment when a cam moving with loads actuates the lever (or, the weight rests on a surface of the limit switch. This to turn the cars on a square shaft and operate the NO/NC change over contact elements.
Operation of Lever or Weight Operated Limit Switch
A two (or more)contact elements are operated by respective rotating cams, which are suitable fixed on a square camshaft turned by a lever (or weight). The contacts operate at + 15° from the central neutral position.
Design of Lever or Weight Operated Limit Switches
The aluminum die-cast body, lever, and cover of the limit switch are finished by powder coating treatment. The camshaft is mounted in the housing on molded Nylon bushes (bearing) are fixed through the front & rear walls.
